About Me

With  20 years of experience in mortgages, Fanchea is a true industry expert.  

Opening a brokerage of her own has always been a goal.  She is proud to begin that journey and co-founded Wellstead Financial Inc. with her partner, Andrew Wells.  

Fanchea is admired for her genuine passion towards helping each client find the mortgage that fits their needs and lifestyle.   

Prior to her fulfilling career in mortgages, Fanchea spent 12 years serving as an officer in the navy for the Canadian Armed Forces. The military will always hold a special place in her heart alongside her passion for music. Fanchea continues to play in several brass bands and you will see her marching in every Remembrance Day Parade.  Anyone who has been to the Wellstead Office will find sprinkles of Fanchea’s military roots and love for music.
